What is raffle?

A "lottery" is our process of managing the release of shoes where the number of people wanting to buy shoes far exceeds the number we have to sell. In order to make the process as fair as possible, we organize a lottery where we randomly choose a number of people to be able to buy the shoe.

When will I complete the payment?

As soon as you send your registration, the amount in your account will be blocked. In the event that you are drawn as winners, we acquire the sum and complete the shipment, otherwise we will unlock the operation and issue a refund.

How do I pay if I am selected?

If you have registered for the online drawing, you have already entered the payment method, in case of winning your payment method will be checked, if there are no anomalies, it will be acquired and we will ship the product (generally 1-3 days after the extraction).

Why can't I access the Lottery page?

Some product releases are restricted by brands to particular countries or cities and our lottery pages are therefore restricted by IP address to match this.

I see an error after the payment details page - why this?

1 - We cannot authorize your payment method due to fraud flags. Please check that your billing information matches your payment method. Please check that your bank does not interrupt the authorization check.

2 - You have already registered with the details that have been associated with you. Either you have already entered, or someone who has been associated with you has already entered. You will only be connected to someone else if you have both used the same payment method before.

Payment: Paypal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method when registering for the lottery, you must be a registered PayPal user. If you are not, you will not have a chance to be selected as a winner.

Will you contact me if I haven't won?

We generally only contact lottery winners by email.

When do you contact the winners?

We announce at the opening of the lottery when it will be closed. Customers are usually contacted between the lottery closing day and the following day.

I have a notification from my bank - did I win?

Only recipients of a winning email won. As part of our online winners extraction process, we verify that we are able to debit funds based on the payment method provided. If the bank denies us this payment method, the participant is not selected as the winner.

What happens if I cancel my winning Raffle order?

If you win and no longer claim it, you will be charged a processing fee equivalent to 30 Euros.

Can I return a Raffle product that I have purchased?

No. All Raffle purchases are final.

Participation will be accepted if the following requirements are met:

  • One entry per person
  • A registered email address, valid shipping address, preferred size and valid payment method are required to enter a draw
  • Only SUEDE store account holders are eligible to enter a draw
  • Once registered we can’t amend or cancel an entry
  • Purchases are only valid for the registered email, shipping address, product, size and payment method specified at registration
  • Recipient's opportunity to purchase the launch product is subject to stock
  • Entries are non-transferrable
  • Entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to anyone else
